Legal PA in IP (12month contract)

A strong team player with Legal PA/ Secretarial experience and a background gained in Intellectual Property or Trade Marks is urgently required to provide support to a team of Fee Earners to work in a very busy Intellectual Property team.  The firm is a highly acclaimed, reputable international firm with a strong market presence and absolutely stunning offices situated Chancery Lane.

The role will encompass a high amount of legal billings, opening of client matters, budget Administration and client due diligence along with full PA duties which will include a high level of organisation, diary, travel, etc.  The ideal candidate will need to be technically savvy with advanced IT systems knowledge and have acute attention to detail.  Ideally of Previous experience of working in a stimulating and challenging environment.  This is an exciting and hybrid role that will suit a good all-rounder who can multitask and work with a large and diverse team of characters.
