Compliance Officer - 3 office local firm

A long established, local firm with offices in the Middlesex and Berkshire areas, is looking to appoint a Compliance Officer to oversee the firm's Compliance function on a day to day basis.

Working closely with the COLP, your day to day responsibilities will include:

• Dealing with AML and source of funds queries.
• Drafting the firm's annual Compliance Plan.
• Conduct file reviews across all areas of the business and provide appropriate follow-up advice.
• Assist the COLP with PII renewal.
• Develop and deliver training plans in relation to key risks faced by the firm.

In order to be considered for this role you will have:

• Extensive knowledge of the SRA Handbook with a good working knowledge of the Law Society's Conveyancing Quality Scheme.
• Experience of undertaking file reviews.
• Experience of designing and delivering Compliance training.
