Professional Negligence Paralegal / CILEx - Bristol

Excellent opportunity to join a leading regional law firm within their Bristol office.

My client is seeking a technically able and commercially aware professional negligence CILEX equivalent to join their experienced specialist team which forms part of the civil litigation department.

Experience of professional negligence claims is not essential for the candidate who has the right skills. The work is challenging but rewarding and the team places a high value on mutual support and co-operation.

Reporting to the partner in charge of the professional negligence team you will be running a caseload involving a variety of claims against solicitors, surveyors and other professionals. The team also handles misrepresentation claims arising
from property acquisitions. Claims are largely funded by legal expenses insurance and you will be acting mainly for private individuals.

To apply for this role candidates with excellent all round civil/commercial litigation experience will be considered and it is essential the successful candidate will have experience of handling his or her own.

In return the firm is offering an excellent salary of £26,000 - £42,000 per annum depending on experience coupled with a leading benefits package.
