PERSONAL INJURY SOLICITOR – SERIOUS / CATASTROPHIC INJURY - MANCHESTER

Personal injury Solicitor Catastrophic Injury Manchester NQ-3 – The highly specialised serious injury team of this top tier claimant firm is looking for a talented, ambitious solicitor of 0-3 PQE to join their Legal 500-rated Manchester personal injury team. Exceptional personal injury solicitors from a strong EL/PL and or RTA background should strongly consider applying. Tribunal experience would also be attractive, but is not absolutely necessary.

SUMMARY

  • Job Title: Solicitor – Serious / Catastrophic injury NQ-3
  • Location: Manchester
  • Salary: £35,000 - £45,000
  • Reports to: National Department Head
  • Background: A consistently strong academic background with experience from a reputable claimant of defendant firm; experience of handling own caseload of fast track and ideally multi-track catastrophic / serious injury files. Newly qualified solicitors will be considered. PQE levels should be interpreted broadly as experienced paralegals and legal executives are also encouraged to apply.

PERSONAL INJURY TEAM – AN OVERVIEW

  • a real understanding of the technical elements of personal injury principles and their application.
  • Tribunal experience would also be ideal, though this is by no means crucial;
  • excellent attention to detail; 
  • excellent interpersonal and communication skills;
  • excellent time management and prioritisation skills.
