A new vacancy has come up for a regulator within one of the largest global stock exchanges, with particular responsibility for the Fixed Income/Debt Markets, but with the ability to be involved in other product areas such as equity primary markets. The role reports to the Head of the Primary Markets and AIM Regulation team.
The successful candidate will in particular be involved in helping develop and launch a new primary debt market offering, including assisting in the structuring, rules, regulatory processes, building stakeholder relationships with the DCM community and working with the business team to develop the market.
Our client is looking for someone with around 2-3 years PQE. The ideal candidate will come from a Capital Markets, Structured Finance or Fixed Income team. Experience dealing with the UKLA, GEM and Luxembourg stock exchange would be an advantage.
