Commercial Lawyer (Digital)

Our client, a leading TMT business, are seeking to hire a commercial lawyer to assist their team on an interim basis.

The responsibilities of this role will be broad assisting on the drafting and negotiating of a range of commercial agreements. Specifically you will work closely with the group’s digital and advertising teams; as such experience of working in this area is highly desirable.

This role would be well suited to a lawyer of 2-4 PQE, with previous in house experience and strong City training. The successful candidate will be able to work autonomously and have confidence in liaising with a variety of senior stakeholders across the business.

The position is offered as an initial three month contract with strong scope to extend. To be eligible, candidates must be available to start a new role.
