LEGAL 500 ranked law firm’s litigation practice in Central London is looking to recruit a specialist litigation/ arbitration lawyer to work on a range of commercial litigation matters, to include contentious tax matters and arbitration work often with an international element.
This law firm is looking to recruit a specialist commercial litigation lawyer ideally with strong academics and experience of working within a leading practice on contentious tax matters.
This law firm advises on a range of contentious tax matters such as tax enquiries, disputes relating to both direct and indirect taxes, dealing with HMRC, judicial reviews, appeals to higher courts and referrals to European courts.
