Restructuring Solicitor - Heavyweight Commercial Firm - Leeds

Senior Corporate Restructuring lawyer required for role with leading international law firm, to be based in Leeds. Salary upwards of £65k

Our client is a leading commercial law firm who provide the full range of legal services to an impressive client base of blue chip and institutional organisations from their network of offices across the UK and around the globe.

Due to expansion they are looking to recruit an experienced Restructuring Solicitor to the team in Leeds, as a Senior Associate. You will have demonstrable experience (ideally 8PQE minimum) in non-contentious Corporate Restructuring work, with your training and experience gained at a national or recognised regional law firm. You will undertake work on behalf of FT Global 500, FTSE 200 companies or local corporate entities and the firm are on most of the main bank panels for Restructuring work.

They are looking to make an appointment at Senior Associate level, which brings with it management and supervisory expectations. You will therefore be someone who has a willingness and passion for development of more junior lawyers, and have a good set of interpersonal skills for this side of the job. There will also be lots of opportunity for client contact, both in terms of relationship management and new business development so you will also have a commercial mind and be willing and keen to get involved on this side also.
