Costs Lawyer - London - In-House - £Neg

My client a highly regarded law firm national legal practice is looking for recruit for its busy Costs team in their London office. The firm requires 2 Costs Lawyers/Trainee Costs Layers to join their dynamic practice.
The successful applicants will have experience negotiating costs with third parties, drawing formal bills of costs and ideally attend detailed assessments where required.
Candidates with a minimum of 2 years experience working within a similar role.
N.B. Strong Draftsmen that carry either Claimant or Defendant experience will be considered.
Your duties will include (but not be exclusive to:
Negotiation and settlement of clinical negligence costs
Drafting of formal bills and all other relevant costs pleadings
Providing a professional and efficient service to all clients
Effective use of their case management system

Candidates must be extremely organised, able to manage their workload efficiently, be strong communicators with a professional telephone manner. As well as being customer focused, candidates must be able to work as part of a team and have the ability to liaise with people throughout all levels of the organisation.
