Dedicated Family and Child Care Solicitor required for a dynamic practice in Cardiff.

The Role
We are now seeking a talented and client-focused Family and Child Care Solicitor to join their flourishing practice in the Cardiff area. Becoming part of a growing department which includes one of the firms’ partners, the successful Solicitor will manage a varied caseload of private and publicly funded matters to include: divorce and financial remedies; private law Children Act matters; cohabitation disputes; pre-nuptial agreements; adoption; domestic violence and; care proceedings. The ideal solicitor will also participate in business development activities.

The Candidate
You must be a qualified Solicitor with a solid background in Family and Children matters.
You must have excellent technical and client care skills.
You will have a good working knowledge of LAA processes.
You will be able to manage a demanding caseload with minimal supervision.
Additional accreditations such as Law Society Panel Membership would be advantageous.
