Commercial Property Lawyer

A new opportunity has opened for a qualified lawyer to join the Commercial Property team of a highly regarded West Midlands based firm. The firm have a number of offices across the region with a business services team that work with a broad spectrum of commercial clients. With this in mind the firm are now looking to add a lawyer to their Commercial Property team, to work on matters covering Property Acquisitions and disposals, landlord and tenant transactions, sales and purchases of both business premises and investment portfolios.

This is a great opportunity to work within an established Commercial Property team that has a proven record of delivering a high service for their clients, that works with a wide ranging of commercial business and that leaves open chances for future career development in their growing business services team.

Required Skills and Responsibilities;

- Develop and maintains an active and appropriate network of contacts, ie clients, referrers, external agencies, etc
- Minimum 3 years PQE
