Senior Legal Counsel
- Do you have experience in respect of a wide range of commercial contracts?
- Do you have experience of the energy, oil and gas or chemical sectors?
- Are you a UK qualified Solicitor or Barrister and do you have approximately 4+ years' relevant PQE?
You will be working for one of the world's leading multinationals.
You will draft, negotiate and conclude a vast and hugely varied range of commercial contracts and get involved in the provision of legal and corporate advice right across the business including in respect of IP issues, JV's, disputes and liaising with regulators.
You will report directly into the UK Board of Directors, be the sole permanent in-house UK based Legal Counsel for this arm of the business and have a Legal Assistant reporting directly in to you.
You will work in a fantastic central London location.
