Our client, a long-established firm based in Carlisle has grown an strong local reputation for providing a high quality legal service to individuals and businesses across Cumbria. Due to a requirement within the permanent team, this well-respected firm is looking to recruit a Property Solicitor to join their busy team on a full time locum basis.

This opportunity will allow the Property Solicitor to run a full caseload of matters on a locum basis which will include but is not restricted to:

• Complex Commercial Property matters
• Commercial Leases
• Landlord and tenant matters
• Agricultural family matters
• Sales and purchases
• Complex residential conveyancing matters

Applications for this Property Solicitor role will be considered from qualified solicitors or equivalent with at least 5 years' PQE who are confident and have gained significant experience dealing with complex property matters. Ideally the Property Solicitor will be technically excellent and will be able to hit the ground running in this locum role.

The role would suit a Property Solicitor who can commit to a potentially long term assignment and is flexible. The firm are offering both secretarial support and parking.
