As an experienced RTA litigator, you will ideally be joining this successful team with a track record of working to and achieving settlement targets. Depending on your level of experience when it comes to handling litigation matters, your caseload will vary between fast-track and multi-track matters. You may be an experienced solicitor or legal executive, who is competent handling matters through the stages of litigation.
Fully-trained fee earners will enjoy the benefit of the firm’s generous bonus structure, three-fold! This is all geared around staff and rewarding your hard work. Some of the top performers are currently earning generous bonuses, so this is achievable.
