A fantastic opportunity has arisen for an ambitious junior commercial lawyer to join a major UK media/entertainment broadcaster in London.
Reporting into the General Counsel, your responsibilities will be to advise all areas of the business on:
- Drafting and negotiating a range of commercial contracts including licences, music releases, advertising, marketing and sponsorship and IT agreements
- Supporting with the management of their trade mark portfolio
- Dealing with ad hoc legal queries across the business
You must have trained at a top city or media boutique law firm, and have a strong commercial and IP skillset. In-house experience within the media sector is preferred but not required. You will ideally have between 1-3 years PQE. You must be abel to work within a small team and be able to work collaboratively both internally and externally.
