Our client is one of the leading global law firms.
THE ROLE
The opening is for a first rate Derivatives lawyer for their London office.
You will be joining a team which advises clients across the world on a complete range of derivative and structured product transactions.
This is a team which works across all asset classes and globally, provides an integrated approach.
Major financial institutions, funds, government-sponsored entities, asset managers, and commercial end-users turn to this team for competitive, knowledge based services including setting up platforms and implementing regulatory requirements such as EMIR and Dodd Frank.
ABOUT YOU
English & Wales qualified, it is essential that the candidate has a strong academic background (minimum 2.1 degree) with excellent written communication and drafting skills.
The successful candidate will also have outstanding technical skills, together with the ability to build relationships with clients and colleagues and the ability to work well in a team.
The ideal candidate will have between 1 and 5pqe and have experience and/or a strong interest in Derivatives work.
