Private Client Solicitor

A highly regarded firm based in Buckinghamshire require the assistance of a Private Client Lawyer on an on-going part time locum basis. The role is ideally to start ASAP and is likely to last until March 2017.

The case load will include Wills, Tax and Trust matters. Probate matters will not be included in the caseload.

Successful candidates need to be able to hit the ground running without supervision and deal with a full caseload comprising of wills, trust and tax matters. STEP qualification would be beneficial but not essential.

Due to the fact the role is to start ASAP, candidates ideally need to be available immediately or at short notice and be able to commit to 3-4 days per week until March 2017.
