The Role
A rare opportunity has arisen for a pro-active and ambitious Newly Qualified Private Client Lawyer to join a partner-led team based in Devon. Managing a busy and varied caseload with supervision, the successful Lawyer will ensure high levels of client care and service in areas including: will drafting; estate administration; LPAs; advising on inheritance tax and; the setting up and administration of Trusts. Keen to get involved with business development, the successful Lawyer will build and maintain client relationships and participate in initiatives for the department and practice as a whole. The Candidate
You must be a NQ Solicitor or Legal Executive wishing to specialise in Private Client;
You will have excellent communication and client care skills;
You will be able to organise your workload to meet tight deadlines;
You will be IT Literate;
You will be pro-active, professional and detail orientated;
You will have a desire for professional development.
