Residential Conveyancer

Solicitor with conveyancing experience required to join a market leading law firm in the Cheltenham region.

This is an outstanding law firm who have an unbelievable heritage and have been established for more than 200 years. They specialise in work for private clients and privately owned business and provide exceptional and very personal service to regional, national and international clients. This is a friendly and partner led firm with around 28 partners and approximately 100 staff located across 3 offices with career development at the forefront of everything they do. Due to the on going success and growth of the firm they now require a solicitor with residential conveyancing experience to join their team on a permanent basis.

Your new role
You will be dealing with a variety of property and conveyancing matters in a fast paced and pressurised environment. You'll be working on general transactional residential property cases such as Freehold, Leasehold, Sales and Purchases, Registered and Unregistered properties, Remortgages and Leasehold for Newbuilds and Flats. You will also provide expert guidance to the graduate on the team and help grow the business through business development and attending networking events.

What you'll need to succeed
Your previous experience will lead to your success. You will have a strong track record of dealing with residential conveyancing matter and have proven evidence of where you have increased business through business development and networking events. You'll also have managerial / supervisor experience and be 4 years plus PQE or 8 years plus Filex equivalent.
