My client is an elite US firm who are currently looking to grow their newly formed Competition practice in London with the hire of an associate between NQ-4 PQE.
The practice currently advises some of the globe's largest companies on matters before the UK Competition, European Commission and Markets Authority, UK sectoral regulators and UK High Court. They are also heavily involved in litigation before the UK Competition Appeal Tribunal.
The successful candidate will be dealing with a vast array of competition matters including investigations, acquisitions, mergers and litigation and counselling within the private equity, technology, financial services and healthcare sectors.
