STAND ALONE ROLE - COMPLETE AUTONOMY
Exmouth - Devon £35k+
My client has an extensive networking of lawyers across the North of the UK. They have recently teamed up with a global legal services provider and are now expanding their practice to include the South West.
The difference with this appointment is that you will not be based in a traditional law firm setting, but rather within in a firm of estate agents. This model has already worked very well for this firm in the north.
As a new venture in the South West, this firm requires an accomplished residential property solicitor with at least 3 years relevant experience.
This role will suit a self starter who is looking for everyday autonomy, as you will be working without on-site supervision. You will be supported from the northern head office - and with a conveyancing assistant on-site in Devon.
All the relevant work flows, processes and systems are already set up - and all that is required now is an experienced conveyancer to do the work!
Unusual residential property position for those looking for something a little different!
Candidates who live elsewhere in the South West, but are prepared to stay Monday to Friday in Devon will have their travel and hotel/B&B expenses paid!
This is not a locum role though, and only those interested in this as a permanent employment arrangement will be considered.
Salary to £35k+
