Planning Solicitor
Exeter - Devon - South West
This established Legal 500 client has been advising on planning law for many years.
They are extremely busy in this department and looking to add an experienced solicitor or legal executive to their team.
You will advise the existing client base and will have come from either a local authority or private practice background. Your planning experience will be broad to include advising on:
Enforcement proceedings
Section 106 agreements
Site licensing appeals
Planning appeals
Certificates of lawfulness appeals
Exposure to licensing and/or agricultural planning matters would be an advantage, but not essential.
Planning solicitors or legal executives with at least one years experience are encouraged to apply.
In return for your planning law experience you will be rewarded with a excellent salary and inclusive working environment.
Planning solicitors wishing to work part-time (perhaps 4 days/week) may also be considered.
