As a result of expansion the firm is now recruiting for a first-class solicitor to join them as Head of Wills and Trusts.
THE ROLE
You will be a solicitor with strong experience in trusts and estates administration and with exceptional will drafting skills and an in-depth knowledge of this area of law, able to explain complex matters in clear, accessible language. Running a diverse caseload you will have excellent time-management capability. A substantial part of this role is to oversee and manage the team of paralegals and you should therefore have solid management experience and an enthusiastic, encouraging approach. You will:-
Be a solicitor with an excellent grasp of will drafting;
Possess excellent communication skills with the ability to explain complex matters in accessible “plain English” to clients from all walks of life;

Be flexible, good-humoured and a have a real “can-do” attitude.
