Our client is a highly regarded, full service legal 500 law firm based in Tunbridge Wells and they are currently seeking an experienced Senior Solicitor to join their established Private Client team.
The firm have been experiencing consistently strong growth levels that have been generated through strong relationships that it has built through quality service and client care. Private client services include: powers of attorney and deputyship applications, probate, tax and estate administration, wills and trusts: preparing wills to meet client's needs, drafting trust provisions within wills including lifetime trusts and discretionary trusts, advising on tax implications of wills and trusts etc. Clients generally range from medium to HNW individuals.
The successful candidate will be diligent, friendly and approachable with significant experience covering a range of private client matters. This is an excellent opportunity for a driven and ambitious individual who will relish the opportunity to join a firm where you can develop your own team and have clear career development, progression and direct influence on the future of the department.
