Commercial Property Locum

Commercial Property Locum required for a Local Authority based in Cornwall for an initial period of 6 months.

This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced Commercial Property Locum to join a highly supportive and friendly team on a locum basis.

The ideal candidate will have experience dealing with a full range of commercial property work with the role having particular emphasis on:

• Devolution of Assets
• Academy and school conversions
• General estate management
• Complex disposal and acquisitions

The position is ideally full-time and they are looking for the successful candidate to start in the next few weeks. It is for 3 months initially although there is the possibility of an extension thereafter.

This Local Authority is extremely flexible, with the possibility of home working from the outset.

The client is also offering an excellent rate of pay of between £35-40 depending on experience.
