This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced Adult Lawyer to join a highly sought after Yorkshire-based local authority for a period of 3 months, with the potential for an extension. The workload will cover a wide range of adult social care matters, which will include:

• Ordinary residence queries
• Deprivation of Liberty
• Court of Protection
• Adult mental health work
• No recourse to public funds
• Mental Capacity act

The ideal Adult Lawyer will come from a public sector background, although candidates with relevant experience within private practice will also be considered.
