IP/IT Commercial Contracts - Partner

Our Client, a multi office Law Firm, with locations both in the UK and US and ranked highly in both the Legal 500 and Chambers and Partners, is looking for a Senior Associate/Partner to join their London office.

The Commercial team represent Fortune 200 organizations, Blue Chip companies, Universities and Start-up businesses, with specific clients including the TATA Group, Uni Leaver, Arro-Mark, Kings College and Oxford University.

As the successful candidates you will ideally have experience of working in a similar size firm and representing a wide range of clients. You will be advising clients on commercial, IT and IP contracts, and you will work closely with the IP, IT and Commercial team as a whole, across the firm, in several locations, both domestically and abroad.

Business Development is essential to this position, as is a Client following with a proven track record of winning business and maintaining Client relationships. This is a senior position within the firm so experience of managing a team is also a must as well as the ability to grow the business.
