This is an opportunity for a Commercial Litigation Solicitor to become part of a growing Birmingham team at an exciting time. This team has been established over the last 12 months and the Partners have been very successful at bringing in new clients and work.

The firm has a great culture and the Birmingham office is very tight knit. So this could be an ideal opportunity for somebody looking to make a move away from the long hours culture of some international firms and to move to a smaller team where you can make more of an impact, even at junior level.

The team's client base and workload is varied, so you won't be pigeonholed into niche areas of litigation. In fact there will opportunities to get involved in a full mix from international arbitration work through to complex fraud matters.

The firm is full service so you will work closely with other departments, so building your internal profile is just as important as building your external profile. The firm have a large litigation offering which splits out certain bespoke / niche areas of litigation, so you will be part of a larger team but very much focusing on commercial litigation matters.

Profile

The ideal candidate will have at least a couple of years' experience in Commercial Litigation although the firm may consider more junior candidates for somebody outstanding. Our client will consider candidates at all levels of PQE and any reference to PQE here is just a guide linked to salary parameters.
