Douglas Scott Legal Recruitment are now recruiting for a law graduate or junior claims handler for a new opportunity with an award winning law firm based in South Manchester.

My client is a leading personal injury specialist with an enviable reputation in the market. Due to continued growth and expansion they are looking to recruit a Claims Handler/MOJ Stage 1 fee earner.

You will be responsible for the conduct of all new and potential new personal injury claims up to the end of Stage 1 of the RTA & Non-RTA Low Value Claims Protocols.

Duties are likely to include taking initial instructions/details of accidents and inputting onto the case management system, making assessments on liability, and sending out claims packs.

Applications are invited from Claims Handlers/MOJ Stage 1 Fee Earners and we are also happy to consider keen, hardworking LPC/LLB Graduates looking to progress within a friendly and supportive environment. You will have ideally studied a Personal Injury elective, however this is by no means essential.
