An opportunity has arisen for a real estate solicitor with 1 year + PQE to join a global law firm in the Manchester office.

This firm’s real estate team combines local experience with an international perspective to provide high-quality commercial and innovative advice. A full range of commercial property services is offered, including transactions, planning and property management. Clients include developers, investors and corporate end users.

This firm is recognised worldwide for its pioneering approach and geographic reach, enabling it to service a broad range of clients including household name companies, FTSE and Fortune 500 enterprises, public bodies and governments. The firm now wishes to expand its transactional real estate practice in Manchester and is looking for an associate to join its team.

You will ideally have at least 1 year’s post qualification experience within a strong commercial property team and excellent academics. The firm has indicated this level as the real estate team feels this is the appropriate level of experience for this particular role. However, if you feel you have relevant experience outside of this level then you may still apply.
