Motor Recoveries Manager
Douglas Scott Legal Recruitment are now recruiting for a fantastic new Management opportunity for our client, a leading UK Law Firm.
The role will involve overseeing the performance of a department of circa 30 fee earners and managers to ensure delivery of customer service level agreements. You will be the technical point of contact, and will play a part in recruiting, motivating, training, retaining and developing the team and team managers, whilst also reporting in to the Partner directly.
The team work on behalf of the firm's leading insurer clients, in recovering outlay and uninsured losses.
The ideal candidate will have experience in recoveries work, whether from a motor, household or property aspect, even if this is as a smaller aspect of your caseload. Candidates with motor litigation experience who have touched on recoveries work are also encouraged to apply. You will be a natural motivator, with excellent organisation skills and a track record of success and technical knowledge. Management experience is essential.
