An exciting opportunity has arisen for a commercially focused lawyer to join the in-house legal team of a major international organisation with offices based in Hampshire.
Your main role will be to provide commercially focused and high-quality legal advice in relation to the group's commercial and operational affairs. This will involve a range of UK and international commercial contracts as well as a strong understanding of the business's strategy, operation and commercial needs.
The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 3 years post-qualified legal experience* and be comfortable in advising on a range of commercial law matters. This will include a strong working knowledge of intellectual property, technology and data protection matters. You will possess a strong attention to detail and a proven track record of delivering pragmatic and commercially viable solutions to a variety of problems.
