There is an opportunity for a 1 year + PQE commercial property solicitor to join a multi-award winning national law firm in the Manchester office.

The firm’s real estate group is one of the largest real estate teams in the UK, advising an impressive range of clients including commercial and residential developers, investors, major corporate occupiers and banks/funders. Offering exceptional market knowledge the team holds an outstanding reputation with clients and the market generally.

You will be able to demonstrate strong experience in advising and representing clients on a range of general commercial property matters, together with a client-centric approach. You will ideally have strong academics and at least 1 year’s post qualification experience within a strong commercial property team.
