We have taken an exciting instruction for a solicitor or legal executive who has experience of managing a mixed caseload of residential property and private client matters.

Our client, a well-established North Surrey practice is now seeking a solicitor or legal executive with 1 years+ relevant case handling experience,  however they will also look at NQ’s who have gained good experience whilst sitting seats in property and private client during their training contract.

He/she will be expected to have good all round knowledge of property transactions and solid experience in will drafting, probate, LPA’s and trust and tax matters. This is a good opportunity for any aspiring lawyer interested in working within dual disciplines.
