Corporate Partner, Staffordshire - To £100,000

Well established regional firm based in East Staffordshire and within easy commute of Birmingham seeks to appoint a corporate partner.

Our client has an excellent reputation for corporate law and handles high quality transactional work. It is home to an inclusive, supportive and team oriented culture.

As part of the firm's strategic business plan, the partners are keen to appoint an experienced corporate partner or senior corporate lawyer looking for a platform for partnership. You'll bring a proven track record as a corporate deal maker and an appetite for client relationship and business development. Working on behalf of a range of clients including SMEs, owner managed businesses and listed businesses across a number of sectors, including retail, engineering and technology, the team advises on broad ranging corporate work including buying and selling companies, business reorganisations and restructurings, joint ventures, MBOs/MBIs and partnerships work. The team also handles general commercial work.

In this key role, you'll have the resources and backing to enable you to drive a successful practice and team around you and you'll be part of a forward thinking management team working to shape the strategy of the corporate group. Excellent future prospects including department leadership as Head of Corporate and a path to equity.
