Our client an established and well-respected firm based in Guildford has gained an enviable reputation for providing a high legal service to individuals and businesses across a wide range of legal sectors. Due to increasing workloads they are looking to recruit a Residential Property Lawyer to join them on a full time locum basis.
This opportunity will allow the Residential Property Lawyer locum to showcase their skills and talents by running a caseload of matters which will include but is not restricted to:
- Sales
- Purchases
- Freehold and Leasehold Matters
- New Build matters
Applications for this Residential Property Lawyer locum position will be considered from qualified solicitors, licenced conveyancers, legal executives or equivalent who have gained at least 3-5 years' experience dealing with a wide range a property matters. The role would suit a Residential Property Lawyer who is able to commit to this role and is technically sound on a locum basis.
