My client, one of the UK¿s largest law practices, with several offices nationally is looking to appoint a Costs Administrator to join their busy Costs Team in Sheffield.
This Solicitors practice specialise in personal injury, clinical negligence, commercial litigation, family law, as well as wills and probate.
The duties will involve providing administrative support to the Costs department, i.e. photocopying, filing, answering and transferring phone calls, taking messages, arranging appointments and assisting with Court bundles preparation. Training will be provided with regards to Costs duties.
The successful applicant needs to be highly organised, diligent and efficient and should have an excellent telephone manner, spelling and grammar. The required minimum standard of education is 4 GCSE passes at C or above. Further education in the field of law would be a significant advantage. In addition, you must have a minimum of 12 months working in office environment.
The salary on offer is highly dependent on experience. The employer also offers a great remuneration package: 25 days of annual leave (increasing with the length of service), pension scheme, insurance policy, discounts and more.
