Residential Conveyancing Team Leader
A Regional Legal 500, multi-disciplined Legal Firm are seeking a Residential Conveyancing Team Leader to join their highly regarded property department. My client is seeking an experienced Residential Conveyancer who has the ability to handle their own caseload of Residential Conveyancing/Property files from inception through to completion. The successful candidate will have strong technical and business development experience . Candidates who are either qualified Solicitors, Licensed Conveyancers or Legal Executives within Residential Conveyancing/Property will have a distinct advantage. This is a truly outstanding opportunity for high calibre individuals to further their legal career within one of the best legal firms in the region.
Required Skills and Responsibilities;
- Experience handling your own caseload of Residential Conveyancing files from inception through to completion
- Good Business Development and Technical Experience
- Experience working towards and achieving targets
- Ability to succeed working independently and within a team environment
- Ideally be either a qualified Solicitor/ Licensed Conveyancer or Legal executive (experienced candidates will also be considered)
- Possesses outstanding client care skills
- Team Management experience is preferable however they will consider applicants looking to move into a Team Leader position.
