Residential Conveyancer
Blackburn
£30,000- £35,000
Our client a friendly high street firm with a long established client base is seeking to recruit an experienced conveyancing solicitor.
The Role
Reporting to the head of department the role will include but not be exclusive to:
Managing a portfolio of residential sale and purchase transactions (new builds) from initial instruction through to completion.
In addition, you will be responsible for managing a small team of Conveyancing Assistants.
The Candidate
In order to be considered for this role candidates will:
Have at least 3 years solid fee earning experience within residential conveyancing including new build properties.
In addition, you will be comfortable using Case Management Systems (experience using Proclaim is preferred but not essential Salary is negotiable depending on experience.
