Expanding US law firm is currently expanding their Recruitment team and it is now the right time to hire a new Recruitment Coordinator. This position will be responsible for coordinating all activities and processes related to recruiting and development efforts for new attorneys, lateral hires, and Business Services staff as required. You will assist the Manager of Recruitment and HR Manager with the development and implementation of recruitment strategies. Duties will include acting as a lead resource for the Recruitment Department in London as required when the Manager is unavailable, coordinates profiles and status of all recruitment activity in LawCruit, ensure that files are opened and applicants are entered into the recruitment databases, correspond with incoming applicants to schedule interview dates and times, coordinate information for applicant and interviewer, and collate feedback for partner review, coordinate the Summer Associate program for the London office, ensuring work permits, housing stipends, and salaries are in place, coordinate the organisation of the work and social programs and participates in the offer decision making process plus there will be additional duties as and when so a positive and energetic candidate will be required. Degree educated candidates would be preferred however not essential, a minimum of 2 years recruiting experience from within a law firm or an agency is definitely required. This firm is based in the stunning City with standard hours 9:30 – 17:30. Applicants will need to be self-starters, have strong communication and interpersonal skills plus be able to handle confidential and sensitive information with the appropriate discretion.
