Childcare Lawyer

Childcare Lawyer required to join a local authority based in Buckinghamshire for an initial 3 month period.

We are looking for an ambitious Childcare Lawyer who will embrace this fast-paced position. This is an excellent opportunity to develop experience in a friendly team within a local authority. The main duties for this role include;

● Managing own caseload of care proceedings

● Conducting advocacy at court and hearings

● Advising a wide range of clients

● Attending legal planning meetings

The ideal candidate will be an experienced Childcare Lawyer who is able to hit the ground running with Public Care cases. Previous Local Authority experience is beneficial although not essential, making this a great opportunity for a Family Lawyer with a background in private practice to move into the public sector.

The offices are based within walking distance from the nearest train station, and are easily commutable from Central London. This local authority are renowned for offering a lovely working environment and friendly, supportive teams.
