Accredited Hampshire practice requires a Housing Lawyer
The Firm
Our client is a successful Lexcel accredited legal practice. Due to a period of expansion they are now seeking a dynamic Housing Lawyer to join their team. Their Southampton office are looking to recruit a motivated Lawyer who will enjoy are good quality work within a supportive and forward thinking team environment.
The Role
The position is for a full-time permanent Legal Aid Housing Lawyer to join the firm’s Hampshire office. This fee-earning position provides the opportunity to undertake an interesting and varied caseload. The Housing Lawyer role will be dealing with a broad range of housing law matters including running cases under Legal Aid, tenants’ rights, disrepair claims and possession proceedings.
The Candidate
You must be a qualified Solicitor or Legal Executive.
You will have solid experience as a housing law fee earner.
You will have experience of Legal aid matters.
You will have a demonstrable record of client retention.
