THE ROLE
You will be joining the firm’s family team which is instructed in a very wide range of matters including high-profile and sometimes ground-breaking cases. This is a role for an experienced solicitor with Children Panel membership who is well-versed in guardianship matters and is a robust and determined advocate with a following of clients. The firm would also consider a candidate with less guardianship experience and no following but who is enthusiastic about networking and marketing to achieve the same and is willing to take on a busy caseload of parent-care work in the meantime. THE CANDIDATE
You will:-
Be a solicitor of about 5 – 6 years’ PQE;
Have Children Panel membership;
Be experienced in guardianship matters;
Have a following of clients, or the ability to achieve the same;
Possess strong IT skills and be able to prioritise your work using the firm’s case management system;
Be a team-player but be able to work independently and achieve great results;
Be a creative and determined advocate, committed to excellence and passionate about achieving the right outcome for your client.
