Construction Litigation Solicitor - Bristol - South West 
General litigators will be considered! Opportunity to learn and specialise in construction law! 

Are you looking to join an established firm within their successful construction litigation team in Bristol? 

This client already have 8 fee earners within their contentious construction team in Bristol and are now looking for an additional senior associate solicitor to join them.
 
Ideally you should have at least 4 years of contentious construction experience gained from another reputed practice. Candidates with only non-contentious construction experience or a mixture of both non-contentious and contentious experience are encouraged to apply. 

You will be advising a prestigious client base to include employers, developers, contractors, funders and consultants. These clients are active in a wide range of sectors and you will be involved in adjudication, mediation and litigation.

You will provide practical and creative solutions to clients needs and will have extensive client contact from day one. 

Candidates without construction litigation experience, but from a more general litigation background are also encouraged to apply. You should have a genuine interest to learn about and specialise in construction law.

Excellent salary depending on experience. Candidates relocating to Bristol from other cities will be considered.
