NQ Real Estate Solicitor
Newly qualified solicitor sought for a strong regional firm wishing to bolster its real estate team at this level in Manchester.
You will join this Legal 500 ranked real estate team to handle your own caseload of commercial property work guided by specialist lawyers who will provide excellent support and training at this important stage of your qualified career.
The team is sizeable and acts for a broad range of clients including private, public and not for profit sectors on all aspects of commercial property, residential development and investment/portfolio management work. You will act on high value acquisitions, disposals and lettings whilst gaining exposure to the full remit of real estate work extending to planning and environmental.
You will have already qualified in 2016 or be due to qualify at any point through to March 2017 and be keen to join a recognised commercial property team where investment in its lawyers is paramount in a friendly and supportive culture.
