You will be an Industrial Disease Solicitor or Legal Executive with 1+ years experience dealing with Disease claims and you will be joining a team of 10 + fee earners. The team is within a thriving office that handles a variety of claims and legal issues and is based in a bright and open office in Leeds city centre.

Your case load will be primarily litigated NIHL claims, but the team also handles claims to cover asbestos related injuries, WRULD, HAVS and claims involving COSHH and as a result, you will have the opportunity to develop your skills and knowledge with one of the best teams in the UK and to progress your career. You will work for a range of very loyal clients who expect the very best client care and develop lasting relationships with them.

It is anticipated that you may be asked to assist other colleagues on more complex and higher value cases and your targets and caseload will be achievable and manageable. You may be asked to support marketing and business development activity within the team. This will include meeting clients, attending training sessions and marketing events all of which will develop your relationships and prepare you for your later career.
