2 x Legal Counsel - Saudi Arabia positions
We are seeking to appoint highly motivated Legal Counsels to be involved in a wide variety of work, including advising on high value and complex contracts in connection with military goods and services, corporate M&A, management of associated companies, operational and employment related issues. In addition to corporate and commercial matters, you will take a lead role in developing and implementing policies across the business relating to business conduct and sector specific regulation, including export control, regulatory compliance and corporate governance.
Experience
To be considered you will need to have between circa 2 - 6 years' experience and have gained appropriate experience with a leading law firm or in-house legal team. These roles demand a commercial approach and ideally you will have experience of dealing with multi-jurisdictional issues.
