The team deals with a broad range of corporate matters within a range of sectors, both domestic and international. You will be working on cross-border M&A transactions advising clients in private equity backed M&As, including public to private transactions, privatisations and dual listings.

Moreover, you will have outstanding academics as well as good Corporate M&A, Private Equity and general corporate experience.
