About the role

As a commercial litigation solicitor, you will ideally have upwards of one year’s PQE. If you have slightly less than this, please still get in touch as we can discuss the role and your experience further.

You will be working within the firm’s commercial litigation department. You will manage a mixed caseload from inception to completion, which is to include professional negligence, intellectual property disputes, financial miss-selling disputes, director disputes, contentious probate, property litigation, and commercial disputes.

Your role will involve liaising with clients in writing and over the phone, drafting documents, instructing counsel and experts, drafting reports to clients, and negotiating.

Salary is up to £50,000 depending on experience, and this is a full-time, permanent position.
