Complex Credit Hire Fee Earner

Up to £35,000
The Firm
Our client a well established Legal 500 firm is looking to recruit an experienced Fee Earner to join their Credit Hire team in Greater Manchester.
The Role
Reporting to the Head of Department the role will include but not be exclusive to; handling your own caseload of credit hire matters, from undertaking discussions and negotiations with the insured, insurers and third party solicitors to pursue the appropriate settlement of cases within the credit hire arena. You will handle your own litigated caseload of approximately 75+files.
The Candidate
In order to be considered for this role you will be a Fee Earner/Solicitor, ideally with credit hire experience. You will be ambitious in law and have an attention for detail. You will have experience in credit hire and RTA.
